Production Helper

1st Shift 7am-3pm $16.05 Hourly

2nd Shift 3pm-11pm $17.05 Hourly

3rd Shift 11pm-7am $17.55 Hourly

Essential Job Functions/ Skills:

• Complete job tasks and responsibilities as directed or required (for example, count and hand pack product into

boxes, visually inspect product for quality and food safety issues that are out of compliance, perform assigned

quality assurance checks, assist with packaging of product before it moves to palletization, assist in

troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions)

•Set up, monitor and adjust to compliance the automated machinery.

•Measure, weigh, and record raw product data and transfer data to the SPC sheet to ensure product is consistent by all specs.

•Perform routine equipment repairs and assist maintenance with in-depth repairs/modifications.

•Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility.

Required Experience:

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid food handler’s card from Tulsa Health Department

Preferred Experience:

• Understand manufacturing guidelines for food safety and sanitation

• Experience with set-up and operation of automated batch processing system

• Experience with set-up and operation of packaging machinery

• Demonstrated problem solving ability

• Proven safety record in past work history
