Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active State SLP License in UT required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. Candidate must be comfortable providing care across MedSurg, ICU, and outpatient rehab clinic environments.
• Experience with dysphagia management including swallow studies and dietary recommendations.
• Experience providing cognitive and behavioral therapy across the lifespan, pediatric through geriatric.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload targeting approximately 20–30 visits per week.

• Shift Name: Days. Shift details: Monday through Friday daytime schedule with occasional urgent weekend needs.
• Split role approximately 50/50 between inpatient (morning: MedSurg/ICU) and outpatient (afternoon: rehab clinic).
• Patient population: pediatric through geriatric in a rural community.
• Caseload: Flexible, aiming for 20–30 visits per week.
• Organizational model: Not-for-profit, independently owned and community focused. Recent investments include a new 30,000 sq. ft outpatient rehab clinic and fitness center.
