Hiring General Production Workers ImmediatelyPay: $21/hr to startShift: 2nd and 3rd shift availableResponsibilitiesLoad and unload items from machines, conveyors, and other conveyance systems in a safe and efficient manner.Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators as needed.Place products on equipment or work surfaces for further processing, inspection, and wrapping.Examine products to verify conformance to established quality standards and report any defects.Start machines or equipment to initiate production processes according to instructions and procedures.Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and promptly notify operators, supervisors, or maintenance personnel.Remove finished products, scrap, or waste materials from machines and ensure proper handling and disposal.Lift and move raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually as part of the production workflow.Transfer finished products and raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using a forklift, following safety procedures.Pack and store materials and products neatly and accurately to support inventory control and shipping.Mark and tag products clearly to ensure accurate identification and traceability.Essential SkillsExperience working in a manufacturing environment.Ability to safely operate or assist with production machinery and related equipment.Attention to detail to examine products and ensure they meet quality standards.Ability to safely lift and move raw materials, finished products, and packed items.Willingness to follow safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions promptly.Basic understanding of material handling, including loading, unloading, and transferring materials.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
