[Responsibilities] - Perform calibrations, certifications, and maintenance on electrostatic discharge (ESD) mats, monitors, soldering stations, and air ionizers. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic, mechanical, and optical equipment using schematics, engineering drawings, and instructions. - Conduct and document calibration, alignment checks, and equipment adjustments to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Use hand-held ESD testers, calibrated thermocouples, and IR pyrometers for measurements and verification. - Prepare solutions and prescribed compounds as needed for calibration processes. - Operate related test equipment and accurately report data in prescribed formats. - Maintain detailed tracking using calibration management software and spreadsheets. [Required Skills and Experience] - 1-3 years direct experience calibrating and certifying ESD control equipment and related instrumentation. - Proficiency in reading calibration certificates, interpreting work orders, and following test procedures. - Skilled in using hand-held ESD testers and surface resistance measurements. - 1 year of hands-on experience with floor mat testing, monitor verification, and soldering/rework station certification. - Familiarity with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards. - Experience with profiling and calibration management software. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
