Job Title: Occupational Therapist


Location: Topeka, Kansas


Pay: $2,850 weekly


Shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, 26-week contract in Topeka, Kansas. This role is travel-based and requires an experienced therapist comfortable working in an acute care hospital setting. Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist
  • Perform patient care and evaluations in an acute care setting
  • Manage a patient load of 7-8 patients per 8-hour shift
  • Conduct chart reviews and create patient schedules
  • Participate in daily huddle sessions and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Assist in transferring patients with lines and drains
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license with KSBHA
  • Experience with acute care hospital setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 90 days
  • Preferably NBCOT certified and experienced with Epic systems
