CNA Instructor Help shape the future of Certified Nursing Assistants by teaching them the knowledge and clinical skills needed to pass the state licensing exam and provide quality care to patients. Responsibilities Teach CNA students theoretical concepts and practical skills. Prepare students for the licensing examination. Assess student performance and provide feedback. Qualifications LPN or RN licensed in Tennessee with clinical experience, especially in long‑term or skilled nursing care. Strong teaching skills and a passion for education; education experience is ideal but not required.
