Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the State of Ohio
BLS certification (AHA) required
ACLS and PALS certification required (within 1 year of hire if not already obtained)

What You Will Do:

Deliver direct and indirect care to a diverse patient population across all age groups
Perform comprehensive assessments, collect and interpret diagnostic data, and prioritize care needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on best practices and patient response
Provide urgent medical interventions and emergency care within scope of nursing practice
Collaborate with emergency providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely care
Accurately document all care provided in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines
Support patient and family education and discharge preparation
Take an active role in training new staff and contributing to a culture of safety
