Outpatient Dietitian: Diabetes Care & Nutrition Counseling

Valle del Sol, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and medical nutrition therapy in our outpatient primary care setting. You will plan and conduct one-on-one diabetes education and group classes, and collaborate with the care team to tailor plans for adults, children, and adolescents.
