Product Manager, HW & Global Launch

Product Manager for da Vinci Multiport Global Launch at Intuitive Surgical coordinates hardware and software launches of the dV5 platform across international markets. The role manages cross-functional launch execution, develops repeatable processes, and ensures commercial readiness by partnering with engineering, regulatory, clinical education, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware launch coordination and execution for dV5 platform with milestone tracking and risk management
• Develop and improve consistent, repeatable launch processes incorporating lessons learned
• Drive commercial readiness for new markets and out-of-U.S. software launches with gap identification
• Own system allocation planning and prioritization balancing internal and external needs
• Establish and maintain launch readiness requirements, criteria, and governance across technical and operational domains

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, operations, or related field
• Minimum 4 years in product management, marketing, sales, operations, or program management
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated or medical device environments
• Demonstrated ability managing product launches and operational readiness rollouts
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and senior leadership audiences
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
