Traveling Administrator
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of care for the elderly? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with diverse teams? If so, HMG Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Traveling Administrator to oversee facility operations and uphold excellence across the organization in facilities that have leadership openings.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Provide guidance and leadership to facility managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality care standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering mentorship, training, and support to enhance staff performance and resident satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial reports, implementing strategies to optimize resources effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to maintain exceptional quality of care and service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Maintain a current Texas nursing home administrator license.
- Have a minimum of 5 years nursing home administrator experience.
- Proven experience in successfully running a LTC facility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas and Kansas and adapt to various work environments.***
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
