The role focuses on providing services to students in grades 6, 7, 8, and the 12+ transition population.

The schedule consists of 18 hours per week, spread over three consistent days you choose — allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments with ease. Collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver comprehensive support and attend PPT meetings that are thoughtfully scheduled during your regular work days.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Valid state licensure and certification as required for school-based settings
• Previous experience with middle and high school populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate student speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and provide individualized or group therapy targeting students’ unique needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Attend and actively participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings during scheduled work days
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in academic and life skills
• Contribute to transition planning for students aged 12+ as part of the transition population
