House Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN)Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield is seeking a dedicated House Supervisor – RN to join our inpatient psychiatric care team. We are committed to improving patients' lives through collaborative, high-quality care that supports both mental health and physical well-being.What You'll DoMaintain effective working relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients' families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.Assist in coordinating and supervising services on assigned units to promote a positive patient care environment.Conduct regular rounds on nursing units, including checking in with licensed and non-licensed staff, monitoring acutely ill patients, and greeting new admissions.Support a team-focused culture that enhances quality of care and the overall patient experience.Provide guidance and support to nursing staff with assessments, care planning, prioritization, education, supplies, and medication availability.Facilitate timely communication between nurses, providers, responsible parties, and outside vendors to support patient care needs.Respond to emergencies and ensure appropriate procedures and safety measures are followed.Help ensure staffing needs are met across assigned units.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri or qualified compact license required.Current CPR certification required; BLS certification preferred.Ability to become certified in Handle with Care within 30 days of start date.Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required.Two years of inpatient behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.Three years of nursing experience preferred.Why Join Perimeter Healthcare?Perimeter Healthcare is one of the leading mental and behavioral health care providers in the country.
