Attorney

We are seeking a Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney with 3+years of experience to manage a full caseload of employment-related injury matters. This role offers hands-on litigation and trial experience, with the opportunity to work both independently and under partner guidance. Responsibilities Manage a full docket of personal injury and workers' compensation cases Handle all phases of litigation, including case investigation, client communication, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Prepare for and participate in trials, including pre- and post-trial responsibilities Represent clients in hearings before the Industrial Commission Collaborate with paralegals and the legal team to drive case strategy and execution Participate in firm initiatives such as community outreach and related programs Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation Trial or hearing experience, ideally before the Industrial Commission Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Active Illinois State Bar license required
