Lake Forest Internal Medicine847-816-3084 Certified Medical Assistant - Full-Time - Immediate Start Job Summary We are seeking a full-time experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. In this role the CMA will provide exceptional patient care, support clinical operations, and assist 3 Providers within our established internal medicine practice. This CMA position offers an exciting opportunity to help ensure clinic workflow in a fast-paced environment where your skills in medical assisting, patient service, and clinical procedures will make a meaningful difference. CMA Daily Perform patient intake procedures including collecting vital signs, medical histories, and updating electronic health records using eClinicalworks, efficiently and accurately Assist 3 healthcare providers with clinical tasks such EKGs, immunizations and more Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, ensure all room supplies are stocked for smooth clinic operations Assist with obtaining prior authorizations for procedures and medications when required Demonstrate proficiency in medical assisting procedures such as phlebotomy, medication and immunization administration, and other clinical testing as needed Experience supporting patient care in outpatient clinic Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Lake Forest Internal Medicine
