We're a small but growing vacation rental company here in Lincoln City, looking for a Maintenance Specialist. This job is perfect for someone who wants some relatively regular work, but likes the flexibility of some shorter work days. We're looking for someone to work at $20 an hour, 5 days a week.

We are Multiporpoise Management, LLC. We currently manage over 200 condos at various locations in Lincoln City. We are looking to put someone on our payroll, and with that, you'll be eligible for benefits, including employer-supplemented health insurance for all employees who meet the low minimum threshold of 17.5 hours per week, and an employee for 60 days. Your work will primarily be interior maintenance in our condos, like toilets, light fixtures, closet doors, appliances, etc. We often have to install new keyless locks on exterior doors. But occasionally, depending on the location, you may be responsible for maintaining the exterior or the common areas (swimming pool, spa, lawns, garbage bins).

We are looking for someone who has their own tools and a reliable vehicle, as some travel is part of the gig. We do use a technology-based work order system, so a smartphone is also required.
