Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
$17.25 - $17.5 per hourSpirit Halloween
Overview Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Arizona Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Establishes and maintains Guest Services, develops staff, controls expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Qualifications Minimum age requirement is 18 and candidate must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
