About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its Innovation Institute, which is dedicated to education and training in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of clinical and business onboarding programs for new surgeons and practices, ensuring a seamless and integrated training experience. This role also involves owning the Institute's proprietary programs, coordinating educational events, and developing the Institute's potential as a commercial business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and running education or training operations, with a focus on the healthcare or professional services industry, and the ability to manage a complex programming calendar while also developing new revenue streams. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company's Innovation Institute should possess senior leadership experience in education or training, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or professional services. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to partner effectively with clinical and subject-matter experts. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree in education, business, or healthcare administration being preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience and be adept at managing a significant physical facility and its operations. Experience in a multi-location or multi-site healthcare organization and a background in dental, oral surgery, or specialty healthcare education are also desirable.
