Skilled Nursing Position

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in a skilled nursing environment. This role involves providing high-quality care in a 90-bed facility that specializes in post-hospital rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.

Work Schedule

This position is a full-time role, comprising 30 hours per week with a Monday to Friday schedule. There is a weekend rotation requirement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
