We Care Cooling, Heating, Electric & Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Manager with a positive attitude to lead our large warehouse team overseeing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inventory. This role is integral to maintaining organized inventory and facility upkeep while supporting a growing and dedicated team. The Warehouse Manager will utilize tools like Excel to manage warehouse operations and contribute to cross-departmental growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of parts and supplies
• Maintain facility cleanliness and perform janitorial duties
• Oversee loading and unloading of shipments and contribute to warehouse organization
• Resolve delivery complaints and receiving disputes efficiently
• Assist with all warehouse responsibilities alongside team members
• Utilize Excel and other tools for warehouse management
• Support a large team of 21+ employees effectively
• Promote safety standards and adherence to warehouse protocols

Required Qualifications

• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of motor vehicle, background, and drug screenings
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
• Physical dexterity to perform warehouse tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in forklift operation
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
