Patient Services Specialist at Queen of the Valley Medical Center Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

The Cath Lab, Radiology Administration, Mammography and Radiation Oncology Patient Access Coordinator provides support to assigned department under minimal supervision. This person is responsible for scheduling patients, billing, fielding phone calls, ordering supplies, maintaining and procuring medical records, and utilizing computer software programs. This position is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promotes smooth and efficient interactions with outside facilities and physician offices.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Medical office experience; 3 years preferred.

Preferred qualifications:

• Computer training.
• Experience in a clerical environment of equivalent complexity to the Imaging department operation.
