InTown Suites in Matthews, NC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of the property, monitoring and repairing hotel facilities, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. You must live on property during employment and be on call for emergencies. Essential duties include grounds upkeep, room repairs, and completing preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis, with on-site performance and adherence to safety guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr InTown Suites
