Job Description The Area Manager manages multiple client sites across a certain geographic area. This position is accountable for each site’s safety, overall budgets, and client relations. Job duties include: Recognize and promote all safety guidelines developed by the company. Continually look for ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Possess strong leadership skills and excellent job knowledge, including how a good sanitation crew performs and can solve problems. Communicate with team members and client team members in a professional manner. Understand strategic planning and improve plant profitability, safety, and food safety. Other duties as assigned. Your Must Haves Must be 18 years of age or older. Possess a valid and active Driver’s License. Self-motivator/self-starter. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to adapt to multiple different situations. Ability to enforce company and client policies across the board. What We Prefer You Have High School Diploma or General Education Degree ("GED"). 1-2 years of related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
