Senior Customer Service Rep

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Oceanside, California. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information is updated regularly.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Adapt to varying customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  
  
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
  
  
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes.
  
  
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience in a customer service role, must be with a mechanical contractor
  
  
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  
  
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
  

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Pay:

$24 - $28 per hour
