Shift: Part Time 6:30a-3p, 2:30p-11p & 10:30p–7a Full Time 6:30a-3p, 10:30p-7a
Pay: $41–$43/hour + shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor resident health
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
