Colorado Springs Interventional Pain Job
Brand new clinic in Colorado Springs is seeking a fellowship trained Interventional Pain physician with the ability to do advanced Interventional procedures and their own stim implants. The group recently opened a new surgery center and the incoming physician will have the opportunity for a large buy-in to the ASC. Enjoy a guaranteed income, generous percentage of collections, full benefits including malpractice coverage and 401k retirement plan.
Practice details include:
- Single Specialty Group, Outpatient only
- Collections-based production incentives
- Opportunity to buy in to the surgical centers for additional income
- Full benefits including malpractice coverage and 401k retirement plan
- Flexible base salary negotiated around physician's needs
- 50% of gross collections, paid monthly
- Surgery Center Ownership: 20% in initial center + 20% in each additional Colorado surgery center opened with up to 40% total ownership
- Fully ramped centers generating $4M+ annually, 100% distributed monthly
- Total compensation: Conservative estimate: $1.5M+ between professional fees and distributions
