Staffing Recruiter

We are assisting a company in Neville Island, PA with their search for a temp to hire Recruiter.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens.

• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with managers.

• Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Recruiter:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience, or combination of the two.

• Experience with Bamboo system is a plus

• Must be able to work on site in Neville Island, PA

8am-4:30pm
$23-27/hr

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
