Role Overview The Store Manager Candidate supports store operations, focusing on employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and store safety. This role involves assisting with recruiting, ensuring merchandise presentation, managing inventory, and maintaining financial and security protocols. The position also includes participating in store opening and closing routines, reviewing sales and expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Assist in staffing and recruiting efforts. Support merchandising and inventory processes. Ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness. Help maintain financial integrity through cash handling and security practices. Operate store in the absence of the manager. Analyze sales trends and control expenses. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices. Ability to perform basic math and interpret operational documents. Experience in retail preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Bilingual skills may be advantageous in some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Occasional climbing and driving required.
