Essential Job Functions Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts, emphasizing the Company’s interests. Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Analyze data to determine the appropriate course of action. Effectively accomplish assigned duties through the work of subordinates. Move merchandise up to 50 pounds. Supervisory Responsibilities Train and assign tasks to one or more work units in the Distribution Center. Provide input toward performance evaluations of Distribution Center Associates. Hire, discipline, and terminate employees as required. Work Environment While performing job duties, employees will be exposed to heat, cold, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise, and may occasionally work in the warehouse, presenting risk of injury from improper procedures. Qualifications Education (Required): High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree. Experience (Required): Demonstrated working knowledge of basic Distribution Center management principles, including scheduling, accounting relationships, and inventory control policies. Experience (Required): Working knowledge of basic computer skills for logging, tracking, and reporting data.
