Job Description\n Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Tomball, Texas.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: CVOR\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Surgical Technologist - CardiovascularLocation\n Tomball, TXUnit Information\n The Surgical Technologist will work in a unit with:\n \n Number of Beds: 10 Operating Room (OR) Suites and 1 Cysto Suite\n Staff Composition: 8 Full-Time Surgical Technologists, 2 PRN Surgical Technologists, 10 OR Nurses, and 2 PRN OR Nurses\n Patient Ratios: 1:1 for general cases (1 Surgical Technologist: 1 RN), 2:2 for Cardiovascular cases\n General Information\n Equipment Used: MediTech Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Typical Procedures\n The following procedures are commonly performed in the unit:\n \n Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)\n Mitral Valve Replacements\n Femoral Bypass Procedures\n Thrombectomy\n Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, General, Gynecological, Urological, ENT, and Podiatry procedures\n Qualifications\n We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:\n \n Required Skills:\n \n Experience scrubbing for Cardiovascular surgical procedures\n Ability to scrub for General procedures\n \n Preferred Skills:\n \n Experience with cardiovascular scrubbing\n Orthopedic scrubbing experience\n Robotic surgery scrubbing experience\n \n Best Fit\n The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a team player.Certifications\n Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.Dress Code\n Surgical scrubs will be provided, and the required color is blue due to daily change requirements.Weekends and On-Call\n Candidates may be asked to provide additional coverage for 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend each month.
