You'll serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, resolving challenges with insight and experience while upholding our commitment to excellence. If you're a driven and ready to have a significant impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, we invite you to be part of our journey and help shape the future of civil engineering at KL&A.Review and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.Oversee production and prepare comprehensive project documents.Train and mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and facilitate career growth.Write comprehensive field reports.Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Represent the organization through client interactions and any industry events attended.Engage with clients, contractors, and other industry associates.Demonstrates effective communication through written and verbal skills.Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence.Effectively run a remote team and engage with the larger organization.Qualifications 15+ years of experience of Site Development, Civil Construction, Land Surveying, Water Rights, etc.ABET accredited bachelor's degree in civil engineeringWyoming Licensed PEColorado Licensed PE or willing to pursueProficient using Civil 3D software for producing plansEligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
