HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST/RECRUITER - SUMMERLIN HOSPITAL (FULL TIME)

Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, policy & procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program. Qualifications Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable. Other Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws. Technical Skills Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
