Employee will be required to develop the skills and abilities to perform the duties of a Calibration Technician in all functional disciplines of calibration in RMS Owego's Metrology Department. Technical assistance and guidance will be provided on special assignments or new lines of work.- Calibrate and evaluate the need for repair of various other disciplines of test equipment including, but not limited to: Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, Signal Conditioners, Gage Blocks, Pin Sets, Thread Plug Gages, Torque, Build to Print, Etc.- Maintain awareness of and support continued compliance to ISO 17025 and ANSI Z540.3 standards.- Complete and maintain accurate records in the calibration management database.- Maintain skill proficiency through metrology/calibration training courses- Manage personal tasks to ensure timely customer support as directed by Leads/Metrology Department Manager- Support the Metrology Department in identifying potential process improvementsWHO YOU ARE You are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing production processes. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
