Reduce maintenance costs through innovative solutions. Maintenance Engineer: Provide daily engineering support and technical assistance for plant equipment repairs. Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Research and Development Engineer: Offer technical support to our polyolefin customers through visits and fabrication trials. Collaborate on innovative R&D projects that drive product advancements. Qualifications We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university. Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
