Speech-Language Pathologist
InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This role offers the opportunity to provide both school-based and clinical speech services, helping patients of all ages strengthen communication, articulation, comprehension, and functional skills within a supportive rural healthcare environment.

Duties and Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinical settings, using evidence-based techniques.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient progress.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligibility for Wyoming state SLP license.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in both school and healthcare settings.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing clinical growth.
