What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, respecting patient privacy and adapting communication to diverse populations
• Use the Nursing Process effectively to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and managing resources efficiently
• Educate patients and families about healthcare procedures and recovery
• Utilize electronic health records, including EPIC documentation
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to infection control protocols
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and provide critical interventions as required

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with ICU specialization
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Additional certifications related to critical care nursing
