Home Health LVN: Flexible, Impactful Care in the Community

Mychn

MyCHN Home Health Services seeks an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver in-home nursing care across Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties as part of a compassionate, patient-centered team. You will work under an RN, follow physician orders and the Plan of Care, and educate patients and families to promote independence, safety, and quality of life in the home setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mychn
