Job Details: Location: Regina Graeter Way - CINCINNATI, OH 45216. Position Type: Industrial Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work as part of a team that keeps our equipment for producing the “best ice cream you ever tasted” and other quality baked goods and candy in excellent condition. This person will work on a small team that supports two food‑manufacturing facilities in the Cincinnati area. The goal is to optimize production output and maintain the seamless functioning of all equipment and machinery. The Industrial Maintenance Technician participates with Maintenance and Operational leadership to ensure all aspects of manufacturing operations are maintained to optimize and ensure seamlessly functioning equipment and facilities. The maintenance technician recognizes the flow within all departments of manufacturing or retail stores and the impact of various maintenance challenges within the facility. Job Requirements A high school or GED degree. A minimum of 5 years of responsibility with industrial maintenance, with preferred experience in food manufacturing maintenance.
