Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA. Provide direct therapy to individuals in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Collect and record data on individual progress and behavior changes according to prescribed methods. Maintain appropriate records and prepare detailed reports of daily activities and progress monitoring. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training sessions. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and certification requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or adults with special needs is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
