Project Estimators work directly with the Owner, Design Team, and Project Manag Responsibilities bilities Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for constructio n projectsCompute estimate costs for materials purchased and/or leased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements, and laborPrepare budget estimates and ManagementDevelop procurement ationshipsSolicit Trade Partner proposalsPrepare and execute su bcontractsPrepare final contrac Qualifications alifications Five years commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator preferred bu t not requiredProficient in Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred bu t not requiredProficient computer skills in Microsof Required Skills Required Skills Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written co a team environmentStrong communication and org #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
