Ideal candidates will be comfortable taking full ownership of the job—from quoting and selling to painting and finishing. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for painters who are confident in both their craft and their customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial interior/exterior painting
• Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming) to ensure lasting results
• Ensure clean lines, proper coverage, and attention to detail
• Interact directly with clients to provide quotes and close jobs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Work independently or lead a small crew, depending on job scope

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional painting experience (interior/exterior)
• Must have own truck/van, tools, and painting equipment
• Strong knowledge of prep, paint types, finishes, and clean-up
• Ability to work solo or lead/manage a helper or crew
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Sales experience and ability to sell/close your own jobs is a  strong advantage
