Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 2 years of experience in Big Data space.At least 2 years of Strong Hadoop Experience – MAP REDUCE/Hive/Pig/SQOOP/OOZIE - MUSTCandidate should have hands on experience with Java, APIs, spring – MUST.Strong knowledge and Experience in Core Java.Strong knowledge of core Java concepts such as multi-threading, design patterns, data structuresStrong hands-on experience: Multithreading / Synchronization / Executor Frameworks / Concurrency frameworks; Design Patterns.Knowledge of REST-based WebServicesJSON.Strong knowledge of RDBMS/databases such as Oracle etc. Basic Knowledge of Unix shell scripting.Experience in Hadoop – Pig, Map-reduce, Sqoop, Hive, YARNExperience in file formats like Avro, ParquetExperience in SparkGood exposure to columnar NoSQL DBs like HBase.Complex High Volume High Velocity projects end to end delivery experienceGood experience with at least one of the scripting language like Scala, Python.Good exposure to BigData architectures.Experience with some framework building experience on HadoopVery good understanding of Big Data eco systemExperience with sizing and estimating large scale big data projectsGood with DB knowledge with SQL tuning experience.Experience with Impala Good exposure to SplunkGood exposure to KafkaExperience with Apache Parquet Data formatPast experience and exposure to ETL and data warehouse projectsExperience with Spark, FlumeCloudera/ Hortonworks certifiedExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
