Global Sourcing Lead: Critical Minerals (Rare Earth Magnets)

Anduril

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals, to own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for rare earth magnets and related minerals. You will map multi-tier supply chains, manage supplier relationships, and drive negotiations to secure resilient, cost-effective supply for NPI and mass production. The role requires 5+ years in commodity management, strong market intelligence, and the ability to travel up to 50% including international mine and refinery visits.
