Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care. Accountable for the care given to assigned patients; communicates with physicians about changes in clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, abnormal results, and symptomatology. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality. Floats to MedSurg, Behavioral, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, and Emergency Department as needed, based on competencies. Qualifications Current and valid state RN License. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. Ventilator Management experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Pay Transparency Estimated compensation for this role includes wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranging from $51.17 to $68.79 per hour. Exact starting compensation will be determined at hire based on skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
