Registered Nurse - RN - St. Louis Rehab Hospital

Job Overview Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri is hiring Registered Nurses to provide inpatient rehabilitation care primarily on 12‑hour night shifts. The RN will use the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold Mercy’s mission and service standards. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients. Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications Required Education: Nursing degree from an accredited RN program. Preferred Education: BSN. License: Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Certification: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Incentives and Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs and up to $5,000 for new graduate RNs. No contract required. ASN to BSN bridging program (up to $16,000) and BSN to MSN bridging program (up to $16,000). RN loan forgiveness program: up to $370 per month directly toward loan payments (max $20,000), provided the RN starts within 12 months of graduation. Shift differential pay.
