BDC Manager — Chevrolet of Troy
Chevrolet of Troy is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and help take our team to the next level.
With a strong reputation in the community, and being the largest-volume Chevrolet store in the Dayton market , we have the customer traffic and opportunity to support a high-performing BDC department.
We’re looking for a driven leader who knows how to motivate a team, create accountability, follow up with customers, and turn internet and phone opportunities into showroom visits and sales.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proven BDC leader or high-performing automotive professional who understands the importance of speed-to-lead, consistent follow-up, appointment setting, and customer experience.
You should be:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- An excellent communicator and coach
- Comfortable managing performance and accountability
- Experienced with CRM systems and BDC processes
- Able to develop and motivate a team
- Focused on results, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
- Ready to take ownership of the BDC department and drive results
