If you take pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and operating properly, we would like to meet you.Position ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition. The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Filtering fryer oil dailyMaintaining the restaurant's exterior groundsCleaning restaurant equipmentCleaning interior and exterior windowsCleaning stockrooms and restroomsUnloading delivery trucks approximately twice per weekRemoving trash and emptying the trash compactorReplacing light bulbsCleaning HVAC and exhaust unitsRemoving debris from the roofCompleting routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasksReporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant managementFollowing workplace safety and food safety proceduresThis job posting provides general information about the Maintenance/Custodian position and is not a complete job description.
