With over 140,000 employees stationed worldwide, Nidec continues to be a unique organization, and each location maintains its individual personality.Job DescriptionThe Low Voltage Drive Product Manager is responsible for the global lifecycle management of specialty motor and gearing product lines—from strategy and roadmap definition through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.This role serves as the central cross-functional leader, aligning product development, sales, application engineering, and operations to deliver differentiated solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.Core Objective: Drive global product strategy and portfolio execution while accelerating market adoption and lifecycle value of the Low Voltage Drive product line.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Portfolio Management:Develop and execute global product strategies aligned with business objectives and target market segments.Define product roadmaps, including new product development, line extensions, and rationalization.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities.
