What You’ll Do As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle buying process while building trust, creating relationships, and delivering a transparent and customer-focused experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and build rapport quickly Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Execute consistent follow-up, appointment setting, and customer communication Maintain accurate CRM activity and next-step follow-through Present purchase options using dealership tools and resources Work collaboratively with Sales Managers and Finance teams Prepare vehicles for delivery and review vehicle features with customers Maintain strong follow-up with unsold prospects Participate fully in the Fury Sales Process and TO structure Support dealership events, merchandising, and lot presentation Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals What Success Looks Like at Fury We’re looking for team members who: Bring urgency, ownership, and accountability Communicate consistently with customers and teammates Stay organized and follow through without constant supervision Contribute positively to team culture Want to grow personally and professionally Care deeply about customer experience and reputation Desired Outcomes: Consistently achieve monthly sales expectations Maintain strong customer satisfaction and online reviews Build repeat and referral business Execute the Fury Sales Process consistently Maintain strong appointment show and close rates Maintain daily CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline Qualifications: Retail, automotive, or customer-facing sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer service mindset with a positive attitude Ability to learn vehicle features, technology, and manufacturer product lines Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, and digital communication tools Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Schedule: Full-time position Evening and weekend availability required Work Environment: Fast-paced dealership showroom and outdoor lot environment Frequent customer interaction throughout the day Team-oriented sales culture focused on growth and accountability Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods Walking dealership lot areas regularly Entering and exiting vehicles frequently What We Offer Competitive earning potential $50,000 - $200,000+ based on experience and performance Paid training and development Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Employee discounts Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Opportunity to grow with a respected, family-owned dealership group #J-18808-Ljbffr Furystillwatercdjr
