The RN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Registered Nurse educational programCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practiceHome Health/OASIS experience requiredCurrent CPR certificationExcellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skillsStrong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detailReliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insuranceSalary Description $50.00 - $135.00 per visit rates
