Depot Technician

Deliver excellent customer service with a strong customer-oriented attitude Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, Mac OS, and other open system environments Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and inventory management Work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities Adapt to evolving support scopes as part of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives Identify hardware and software solutions, performing installations and configurations Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear resolutions Stay flexible and aligned with organizational needs and priorities Take proactive measures to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction Collaborate effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance and safety. Required Technical / Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Windows OS and hardware components Experience with Windows patching Working knowledge of Mac OS environments Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
